一、指导思想
在八年级的英语教学中,我将坚持:

二、八年级英语教学的目标及地位
使学生有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度;能听懂教师对2024认识话题的陈述并能参与讨论;能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简朴读物和报纸杂志,克服生词障碍,理解大意;能根据阅读目的而运用适当的阅读策略;能与他人合作,解决问题并报告结果,共同完成学习任务;能在学习中互相帮助,克服困难;能合理计划和安排学习任务,积极探索适合自己的学习方法;能在学习和日常交际中留意到中外文化的差异。八年级英语教学在整个英语教学中起着至关重要的作用。
三、所教22班和23班学生基本情况
22班共有学生42人,在上期末县统测中,总分为2207分,平均分52.5分,及格7人,及格率为16.7%,优秀人数为1人,优秀率为2.4%,最高分为96分;96分以上1人,90——95分人数为0,80——89分2人,72——79分4人,70——71分3人,60——69分6人,50——59分6人,40——49分7人,而39分以下还有13人;23班共有学生42人,在上期末县统测中,总分为2302分,平均分54.8分,及格9人,及格率为21.4%,优秀人数为0,优秀率为0,最高分为89分;80——89分5人,72——79分4人,70——71分1人,60——69分5人,50——59分8人,40——49分7人,而39分以下还有12人;学生总体的基础明显的参差不齐,有二十来个学生根本没有学习目标,完全放弃学习;但大部分学生有明确的学习目标,有一定的自觉性,学生的纪律总体还是不错,这样为学生的学习打下了良好的基础。
另外,学生在情感态度以及学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习、课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不留意知识的巩固和积累。
四、上学期的教学重点和难点
本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语,学习的语法知识点有:频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、2024词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和2024词是本册的难点,将重点学习。
五、提高教学质量的措施
1、认真钻研教材,提高自己驾驭教材的能力;
2、积极参与课堂改革,将学生充分调动起来;
3、准确引导尖子生,抓好中等生,辅导好学困生;

二、班级学生情况分析
八年级(3)(4)班从整体而言,学生成绩两级分化严重,这也是初二学生的特点。优秀的学生英语基础好,善学习会思考,成绩出色;而还有部分同学英语基础差,个别同学甚至连26个字母都背不全,学习还懒散,对英语课兴趣不大,主要表现在:
(1)在听、说、读、写等的技能未达标,连音标和单词的拼读都有待提高;
(2)上课时精力不,对英语有的抵触心理;
(3)学生自觉性很差。
(4)学生在情感,学习策略还诸多需要解决的问题。例如:学生学习英语的目的不明确,学习习惯有待进一步养成,课前预习课后复习有待加强。
三、教材分析
本册书共有十个教学单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为sectiona和sectionb、reading三部分。sectiona部分是基本的语言内容,sectionb部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还附有self check部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。在本书主要安排了一般将来时,过去进行时,句子的成分,情态动词,现在完成时及宾语从句等语法内容,增加了复习单元文化背景知识和学习策略等部分,并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇输入。
四、工作措施:

一、指导思想

新人教版《英语》八年级(下册),全书共有十个单元。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际而且引入了很多学生熟悉的故事。本册书将学习到的一些语法知识点有:情态动词、反身代词、不定式、连词、过去进行时、现在完成时、2024词和副词的比较级和最高级等。每个单元分A和B两部分,其中A部分有2d的对话和3a的短文,B部分还有一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力,扩大学生的词汇量和阅读量。
本学期的重点是继续学习词汇和习惯用语,语法知识点:情态动词、反身代词、一般将来时、不定式、连词、过去进行时、现在完成时、2024词和副词的比较级和最高级等。
四、学情
本学期我担任九班、十班的英语教学,共有学生人数79人。通过以前的学习学生对英语已经有了进一步的掌握,但随着单词量增多,(本学期单词相对较多),阅读短文的加长,可能会导致部分同学对英语学习的兴趣降低,从而产生厌学的心理,教师不仅要在课堂中展现他的教学魅力,同时还要在学生的心里让他们喜欢老师,从而能喜欢学习。八年下是很关键的一个学期,这是同学们转变较大的一个学期,要充分的了解他们并采取相应的教育措施才能更好的进行教学。
五、具体措施
1、在本学期中我们采用手写教案的形式,教师尽可能多的阅读参考资料,提高自己驾驭教材的能力,灵活选择教学方法,精心组织教学内容,精心设计教案,备课做到“四有五备“:脑中有课标,心中有教材,眼中有学生,手中有教法。努力写出适合自己的教案,找到适合自己的教学方法,努力打造高效的课堂。
2、根据八年级的内容相对较多,教师要采取不同的检测方法,如单词要保证天天检测,短语要随时抽查,并加大对短文的学习强度,教学生学会把握信息的能力,掌握做题的技巧。同时和班主任家长保持联系,保证他们的学习效率。同时在每一个单元的学习后要通过测试,反馈学生的学习效果,及时发现问题并解决问题。
3、英语是特殊的一个学科,教师要注重个别辅导,在面向全体学生的基础上,培优补差。准确引导优秀生,抓好中等生,辅导好学困生。对学困生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业,让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。
4、现代信息技术对我们的教学有着辅助作用,教师要充分利用计算机和多媒体教学软件,设计出实用而又吸引同学们注意力的课件,同时充分利用网络教学资源调动同学们的学习热情。

一、这学期的指导思想:

二、学生的基本情况:
今年,我在8(3)班和4班当英语老师。两个班的情况略有不同。(3)班里学困生较多,部分学生对英语失去了兴趣。比如葛宁、张宁、赵志东、王海龙学习习惯不好,王芳、杨新颖、李俊龙、李俊峰接受新知识的能力较差。但是也有一些尖子生,比如杨忠浩、郭嘉、杨等等。每次考试平均分5分左右。
(4)班学生整体情况较好,学习困难的学生比(3)班少,如李浩天、高鹏、詹宏宇、张辉等。尖子生有李、何玉华、郭、张宏亮等。中级学生略多于3班。两个班的整体情况:很多学生不能明确理解学习英语的目的,没有真正意识到学习英语的目的是交流;一些学生在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数学生没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习和课后复习,学习没有计划性和战略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注重知识的巩固和积累;
三、具体措施:
1、充分利用手和网络资料备课,有足够的精神上好课。做好课后辅导。
2、学生被要求每天背诵课文中的对话,以培养他们的语感。
3、记住当天学的单词或对话,每天检查。利用学习小组及时检查,保证效果,坚持下去。
